ISO-IR-111, ECMA Cyrillic

ISO-IR-111, ECMA Cyrillic is widely used on the Internet. Russian letters are at the same locations as in KOI8-r, KOI8-RU, and KOI8 Unified. Registered with ISO on August 1, 1985, Registration No. 111.

Notes: 1) Positions 128-159 are unused; 2) #160 is a non-breaking space, #173 is a soft hyphen.
